Great value for money, especially considering the central location. Attentive staff who provided helpful information and assistance. Clean and comfortable rooms, some with a view of the beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast served on the terrace, a lovely way to start the day.
No elevator, so be prepared to climb some stairs.

I like the personal family style. The rooms were cute and clean. Minus for the thin walls and the eco unfriendly breakfast.

As a family owned hotel the proprietor was so gracious, and especially helpful in advising us a better route for our upcoming train travels. Conveniently located, and a great restaurant with a wonderful server, she was friendly and was fluent in English.

For budget travelers looking for a no-frills accommodation, the location of this hotel is its best feature. Just off the main Piazza, it is conveniently situated near all the restaurants and provides easy access to the attractions of the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and some even offer a charming view of the garden.
There have been instances where guests have encountered issues with ants in their rooms, which were not properly addressed by the hotel staff.

Great location and great price. Owner very helpful and got me info on trains from his computer. We left early and he left a little breakfast out for us. A lovely touch was free travel toothbrushes in the bathroom. Lovely quiet hotel.
A few steps to negotiate to get up garden to front door, but would only be a problem for the very elderly so really not an issue for most people.

Excellent breakfast, wonderfully located.
I dropped a coin under the bed and when I lied down to pick it, I was terrified how dirty it was.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a hotel in a charming area. Despite arriving late and struggling with transportation, the owner was still polite and accommodating. The room, although small, was comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was delicious and the setting of the hotel was charming. The owner went above and beyond to help us with train timetables and other queries. I had a great experience at the hotel and found it to be good value for money. I would definitely recommend visiting the lovely area and staying at this hotel.

Location was really good and staff friendly. Although this is an older hotel we loved the location and just being in Portofino.

The location is absolutely incredible, right in the heart of the town! The villa has a beautiful garden and is so peaceful. The rooms are charmingly Italian with a clean and cozy feel. The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast was served outside on a LOVELY patio. Just a 2-minute walk to the harbor. I would definitely stay here again. Free Wi-Fi and parking, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and pets allowed.

Nicely presented hotel and garden. Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic location.
The hotel could do with an elevator for more elderly guests but that is about the only criticism I have.

The location was very convenient to the waterfront area. Excellent value for the money.
The Manager was not friendly at all. In fact, he was very grumpy and kept mumbling negative comments about Americans. The access is difficult if you have much luggage.

Great views and convenient location near the harbor. Nice breakfast with fresh pastries. Walking distance to some great restaurants.
Room was too small and outdated, made our romantic escape trip less enjoyable. Limited space in the bathroom and the shower was uncomfortable to use.

We stayed in the heart of this beautiful town where everything was within walking distance. The hotel had a lovely garden where breakfast was served and it was kept very clean. Parking was easy to find and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Was all great.
